strategic advocacy plans for the near, medium and long term horizons.
This strategic thinking involves developing key issue objectives and communication plans. We
collaborate across departments to develop the best messaging to policymakers, stakeholders,
and others.
We lead or join coalition meetings and make public presentations on behalf of our clients.
We also identify potential stakeholders from external organizations and liaise with them on behalf of our clients. This includes preparing briefings for representing the client in official meetings and arranging participants and speakers at conferences.
